Paulina Młynarska, the owner of the business activity PM life coaching IKE, Loutaki Platanias 73014, Greece, hereinafter: “THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE”, collects only the personal data provided voluntarily by persons visiting the Website, in order to provide them with information and/or services or – in the case of a separate, explicit order – also marketing information. Please read the following Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to find out how I collect, use, and protect the entrusted personal data.

 

Data administrator

If you use the Website and leave your personal data, they will be processed in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected.
If you leave your data for the purposes of:

  • receiving current information in the form of a subscription,
  • receiving marketing information you have ordered,

    they will be processed by THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE and entities to which THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE will entrusts the processing of the personal data.

 

 

For what purposes are my personal data being processed?


When you use our Website, your personal data are collected and processed for the purposes connected with the implementation of individual functionalities of the Website. Depending on the part of the Website you leave your data on, each time I inform you about the proper purposes of the processing. However, knowing the structure of our Website, I can indicate the following known purposes of data processing:

  • submitting the offer request,
  • ordering marketing information,
  • submitting the contact inquiry,
  • using online applications or tools,
  • newsletter.
    Providing data in these cases is always voluntary.

  • when we have to implement the so-called legitimate interests, e.g. acceptance of your inquiry and responding to it – Article 6, Paragraph 1, Point (f) of the Regulation,
  • when processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on us, e.g. in the event of the need to disclose personal data to state authorities – Article 6, Paragraph 1, Point (c) of the Regulation.

THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE does not deliberately collect "sensitive" personal data, unless such obligation results from the applicable provisions of law, for example for the purpose of recruitment or admission for the trip.

Google Analytics

Location data are collected to provide users with information about services we think may interest them because of their location. They are also collected to improve our products and services based on geolocation solutions.

  • the right to transfer data, including receiving from us your own personal data that you provided us with, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format,
  • the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data (however, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing made on the basis of the expressed consent before its withdrawal),
  • the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, should you decide that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR/RODO Directive.
